We are currently working with CheckMate for the Housekeeping and Kitchen. this has been an invaluable tool for our team. This has simplified our daily, weekly, monthly checks whilst also cutting down on realms of paperwork. The reports that can be pulled of for CQC and EHO inspections are detailed, current and detailed and the support around this product from setting up to training has been great. A very simple and effective system.

As a small learning disabilities home I need an app that streamlined kitchen requirements in line with HACCP. This app is so user friendly for staff who have had to transition from paper based recording to IT. It gives me as a Manager really good insight into compliance and adapting the app to fit our needs in the home. I am very impressed with the support and advice post purchase with the company. Any queries have been promptly offered and how to streamline post purchase was invaluable.
