Each ID bracelet clearly shows our Emergency Helpline telephone number and a unique personal code to enable rapid contact with the emergency contact persons.
Should the wearer of the ID bracelet wander, be involved in an accident or be found confused or distressed, any member of the public or the emergency services are able to call our helpline number (24/7). The contact person(s) is immediately contacted, and relevant information can be passed to the emergency services, hospital etc.
Safety is what our product is all about. Using our patented closing mechanism our bracelets are designed so they are virtually impossible to remove by the wearer. This ensures constant and easy identification.
The ID bracelet is fully adjustable, waterproof, and strong but flexible to provide maximum comfort for the wearer. The straps are made from TPEs, they are completely synthetic and latex free thereby minimising allergy risks.
The bracelet is also an Awareness Aid, creating visibility and allowing others to help.
The online account has 4 categories:

Emergency Contacts – Max 3 telephone numbers, names & relationship.

Calming Information – Topics of conversation can be entered e.g., favourite music, the name of a loved one or a job they used to do, which can be discussed whilst waiting for the emergency contact to arrive. This can help keep the person calm and avoid distress.

Basic Medical Information – this can be used in the event of an accident or medical emergency.

Previous Wandering History – Keeping a record of dates, where a person was going, and where they were found can shorten search times in the event of a wandering episode.

Nursing/care homes can create a single online account and list all ID’s in the one place.
