Thriving.ai puts the care recipient (Thriver) at the center of the application surrounding them with their circle of care comprising carers, family, social workers, OT’s Physios as per the Thrivers requirements for easy monitoring, care coordination & communication.
We use non-intrusive simple IOT devices – bulbs, plugs & movement sensors to map daily activity, establish a known norm to identify unusual events. Additionally, we integrate daily vitals – combining this data, using machine learning and AI we generate a wellness score to support independent living.
The application brings what and who you need together in one place eliminating the need for multiple applications. The app aggregates data, uses machine learning & AI for risk mitigation and cost savings.
