Most GPS monitoring devices require the user to remember to take it with them, not always ideal
when supporting people with memory difficulties. The SmartSole updates the wearer’s location every 5-10 minutes, allowing loved ones, via an app, to regularly check their whereabouts. It is also
possible to set up ‘zones’ to notify when the wearer enters or leaves a specified area.
