Founded by Will Flint and Mark Oswald, two experienced health and social care professionals, Pairly allows care providers to provide their information for free, enabling them to create profiles and enter their capacity. Care seekers can then search for and reserve this capacity, message and share files directly between themselves and the provider. They can also estimate their home care needs with an easy-to-use estimator tool.
It is the first platform to bring together a search facility for all types of care – including live-in, home care, care home or private care assistants.
In addition, the team has developed a customisable plugin – PairlyPro – designed to make it easy for potential customers to search on a provider’s website, converting website visits into enquiries. The plugin is ideal for those who do not have a chat box facility, enabling users to engage in real-time with carers. It is highly customisable and can be tailored to match a provider’s brand, tone of voice and colour palette.
