Other Feedback: This is the first and only e-learning platform we have used so cannot compare to any others. We used to provide face to face training for all, however as we expanded this became time consuming and costly. Since implementing care shield we are assured that staff have basic knowledge in important areas before they start working with the people we support. This also helps staff that have flexible working patterns, they can complete this at a time that suits them.
