NexusCare is a messaging app that was developed with the primary function of delivering nursecall alerts directly to the smart devices carried by carers, eliminating the need for noisy wall mounted boards and other medical devices.

Staff are able to receive alerts directly, removing the need to return to a central office or console. This improves the speed of response and efficiency in which they respond to a resident’s needs.

NexusCare also provides full reporting on all nursecall activity and can integrate with any existing nursecall system i.e. there is no need to replace any hardware.

NexusCare also integrates with third party care monitoring applications so any nursecall activity is automatically recorded on a residents timeline. This is a key development in the enablement of digitalisation and increased efficiency within a care home.
