Call handling can be set up for Day/Night to help with answering enquiries when staffing levels change during each 24 hour period.
Residents can benefit from simple to use handsets without the need for a dedicated phone line, therefore avoiding line rental fees and call charge costs.
All recommended systems come with a free UK call allowance to help keep running costs to a minimum.
