Our system looks at the rotas, contract hours, or previous attendance then presents a simple view of their movements, automates advice and exports payroll data.

- Our time-saving functionality lets you complete your rotas quickly and automatically prevent shifts from clashing with your team’s holidays.
- You can allocate shifts effortlessly and simplify your recurring schedule by templating individual staff or cloning existing rotas. Alpaka enables you to guarantee the correct provision with excellent reporting and management information. As well as, downloading and print or share with your team with automatic notifications.
Leave and Absence
- Using Alpaka not only makes it easy for employees to request leave and absence, but it also means employers can see patterns of absence and authorise leave quickly as our system cross checks the request against your configured requirements.
