Research on artificial lighting has shown that changing the amount of blue light to mimic natural daylight helps to maintain circadian rhythms which can regulate sleep/wake cycles which in turn has shown to improve mood and energy levels. Since installing Circadacare’s lighting we have seen benefits in the wellbeing of people we support who are living with dementia in our nursing home. In addition, we have recently installed their AI lighting product, Heleos, to enable us to monitor wellbeing changes for the people we support and make earlier wellbeing interventions.

Kyndi are the Assistive Technology arm for Medway Council and we identified a gap in our Tech portfolio to assist people with High Night Time behaviours due to early stage cognition issues. We alighted on Circadacare as a potential supplier and then found the Bulb had other monitoring solutions and an easy to use Dashboard. The bulb is easy to fit with no need for a qualified electrician and results have been so much better than expected. Continued engagement with our clients who have the bulb speak very highly of the calming benefit of the bulb and the peace of mind given with the monitoring capabilities. In addition, the ongoing support of the team at Circadacare has been 1st class
