We were using a different system that was not very user friendly, used a lot of paper, and contributed to payroll errors so we needed to move to a better system that was live, reduce payroll time and errors, and gave the staff access to their rotas.

Other Feedback: With the help of Guided Innovation who support us to implement, the process was really successful. We have only experienced 1 bug and slow performance since joining and this was rectified within a couple of hours.

Other Feedback: We used Guided Innovation for implementation rather than the training and implementation directly through PlanDay which was outstanding, so I cannot comment on their implementation and training directly. However the support we have had from our CSM following has been great, he is really quick to respond, friendly and jumps on a call with me to help where I have needed.

Other Feedback: The system was not made specifically for Health & Social Care but it was exactly what we needed moving from the old system. It requires the staff to download an app, we only had a few staff across the organisation that didn't have a smartphone but we have a Samsung tablet in the service, and you can print the rota. We have never asked our employees to use an app for their rostering, it was always paper based, so this was a big change for them, but for the better overall. The system can be used really flexibly, and any features we suggest that would help us specifically in the Health & Social Care sector they really take on board and value our feedback. Overall we are really happy with this product and it has reduced payroll time by 1-3 days.
