Reason for Purchasing Product: As a Trust, we wanted to digitise our recruitment process but also find a system that was going to allow us to create a more proactive, transparent, and equitable approach to workforce planning. We wanted a system that would allow us to align operational and strategic goals. We felt that the collaborative approach Oleeo offered allow us more customisation in developing the recruitment process.
A number of factors determined why we chose Oleeo over other market competitors.
Key features included the ability to build and manage talent banks, a customer relationship management (CRM) engine to personalise candidate engagement, real-time recruitment dashboards, and a high degree of configurability to meet the Trust’s specific needs. Other Feedback: The control Oleeo offers us over the data within the system and how we can pull that data is outstanding. We are able to report on any aspect of data entered into the system therefore, we now have a full understanding of our recruitment processes and where we experience bottlenecks. We have been able to improve multiple processes to get our time to hire consistently below national KPI target of 48 days - prior to Oleeo we regularly exceeded 60 days.
